Jupiter Ideal EPS

SYSTEM IDEAL eps elements is made of 30mm thick 240KPA gexpandeerd polystyrene (eps). Beside the sustainability the material has also extremely stable properties which satisfies to the new construction decision. 

Just like at IDEAL OKO-systeem have been finished the heating elements with an incorporated aluminium lamel with Omega a shovel ring for 16mm layer tube, which ensures good warmth transfer and partitioning. The system elements is suitable for all types finishing.

The system elements is provided in two heads alternatives, edge area (RZ): 125mm tube H.o.H. and General Zone (GZ): 250mm tube H.O.H. beside the most important panels is the range with a broad scale to other alternatives deliverable, which contribute to a fast and simple installation.

The IDEAL System comprises of polystyrene panels with pre-tracked channels to house the JUPITER pipe. Each 1000 x 500 x 30 mm panel is pre-scored and can be snapped into smaller sections to fit on site. Solid or engineered timber floors can be laid directly either as a floating floor or nailed to floating battens. Other floor finishes such as stone, tile or carpets should be installed on a suitable load bearing surface such as Fermacell flooring elements or Screed Replacement Tiles. Unlike other manufacturers we do not recommend chipboard as a load bearing surface.
