What is dry building

Dry building means that at the construction/installation of floor heating no wet products are used such as sand cement, concrete, anhydrit etc. On the photograph Right eps (Expanded Poly Styrene) elements with there on aluminium lamellen are laid dry.

Background

Jupiter has suffered already years recognised that it is necessary devise a floor heating with a faster re punch time and moreover more easily to implement is. Jupiter has worked years long for the development of floor heatingsystems where no sand cement toplayer is more necessary and as a result of which can be avoided times.

The result is a floor heatingsystem with the advantage where it is not necessary to dry and with a fast heating possebility. This last aspect works very comfort raising, but means also that there still lower system temperatures is possible. This is energy-saving. The first solution started ideal eps system in 1996, with the introduction of 3 cm thick Jupiter.

In 1998, Jupiter brought the ideal ECO system on the market. On 150 kPa panel based which is manufactured from fibre detritus and glass fibre. The performances are with those of Expanded polystyrene similar (eps) system with as extra advantage the particularly good acoustic properties of this system which satisfies directly to the new construction decision. Until now Jupiter still the only manufacturer of this really environment-friendly system is.

In 2000, Jupiter with Creaton, the largest tiles and facade have started manufacturer in Germany, with developing and producing an ultimate floor layer for floor heating. This resulted in a flag which sand cement made floor superfluous. Sand cement has replacing ceramic toplayer a knife & dug, has a very low thermal capacitance, is incredibly strong and only 20 mm thick! Keramische vloer

In 2009, Jupiter starts the development of new and revolutionary new ideal OKO element where the acoustic properties are still further improved on behalf of the modernisation of old houses in association with Unifloor. In the middle of December these will be brought on the market.
